Needs a big asterisk because Zanardi and Moore never drove at Indianapolis, and that is a big pile of B.S. Especially when Tony Kanaan is on the list despite being barely qualified to carry either of their helmets.

I'd say more about Scott Brayton's inclusion, but I try not to speak ill of the dead.

At least they had sense enough to not put Lazier or Cheever on it.

I think Michael Andretti should be higher up the list. He was always a threat and did lead the most laps of any non-winner. The year he was about to lap the second placed car when his engine let go was a heart breaker for sure.
