That looks to be a mythical car produced by a very good photoshop artist.

The bottom one is a crapwagon in speedway trim. The distinctive shape of the onboard camera gives it away. I only ever saw a similar one when CCWS moved to the spec nonsense car. It's also got the attenuator.
