That sounds more like an "it would be nice" thing than a serious ambition to run the race. He is 48 even if he is in great shape.

Half trial balloon and half PR for Indy Car. You gotta admit, the guy's a genius. Next year is being touted as the 100th something or another. He'd be quite the draw. Of course, he'd have to make it into the hotly contested field of 33. :tony:

Hmmm....Zanardi is listed as "two time CART champion". Apparently Autosport didn't get the memo or the IndyCar mind erasure technique didn't work over there. The word CARt (or ChampCar) is taboo in Hulman Racing circles. It never existed, get it? :p

Speaking of Zanardi he has won the road race, time trial and team relay at the 2015 UCI Para-Cycling Road World Championship in Notwill, Switzerland. The road race came down to a two up sprint. The fellow he beat, Jetze Plat, is the reigning Para-Triathlon European Champion and has been on the podium at the World Championships too.

I'm hoping against hope it's not there on the actual movie because nothing will stop me from seeing it.
