I have no idea, TL:DR

Veteran automotive executive and motorsports director Beth Paretta has announced an ambitious new Verizon IndyCar Series program comprised of an all-female staff for the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500 in 2016.
The brand-new Grace Autosport team will field accomplished IndyCar and sports car Katherine Legge, and surround the Briton with women in every discipline required to forge a competitive motor racing program. In addition to taking on the likes of Team Penske and Chip Ganassi Racing, Paretta's vision for Grace Autosport is heavily rooted in an education initiative.

Something about women in lavender shirts and Katherine Legge...

It's IndyCar so I don't care to take the time to read it.

It's a Marshall Pruett article and he must get paid by the word.

Didn't that already happen?

I was hoping Katherine Legge would stay in sports cars.
I know the DeltaWing is a POS, but at least she's not going to get grater'd at an IMSA race.

I am no Donald Davidson but I think they celebrated the 100th anniversary of IMS but the 100th Endy 500 is yet to happen. If'n they can't figure out a way to keep the Dullara crapwaggens on the ground, it may never happen.
