I think I like it. My first impression is that it's a brilliant update of the original form. If they hadn't already done the retro-mod remake version I might not be so enthused, but this time it had to be something new. My second impression is that I'm not a fan of the color and it does look a little awkward from some angles. Not sure why you would choose such a tepid shade of blue for your super car.

I like it better than the original shade of flat baby blue

I'd like to see some wind tunnel studies on that car and how smoothly the air flows (or doesn't) along the sides of that new car.

And Ford's release says it is returning to Le Mans with the car.

Ganassi is running a full factory program with it.

Ganassi is running a full factory program with it.

Which makes it painfully difficult to support....

It's missing at least two if not four cylinders...

Are both of those guys 5'2" or is that the biggest supercar ever?

For 2016, not this season...Memo Rojas is out and Joey Hand will partner Pruett. (Hi to my family at home) Good move, all American drivers. Nice story for sportscars! They ought to have a teardrop hump in the roof (needed or not!) to honor Gurney and invite him to spray champagne all over the place...should they be the GTLM winner!:) FIFTY years!? I remember it well! I will HAPPILY cheer for Team Chip!:)

Yeah...I also well remember Ken Miles and Walt Hansgen...2 of my '60s favorites. I can't follow THIS Ford LeMans effort without thinking of them.:(
