Interesting. There's an obvious disadvantage for road maintenance in climates that get hard freeze thaw cycles so the outliers for good an with and without that are interesting. Props to Baston for doing well in the North. Boo to Cali and Hawaii for failing with such an advantage. Maybe seismic activity has something to do with it.
