It was only a half second in fp2 and 0.2 in fp1 but the point remains the same.
The Williams fine was 60,000 Euros which works out to ~$82,845...

Nobody is better than Vettel this year. He went straight to the back and carved right through the field back to the front. He can run anywhere and no one can hold him back. He has the car, but he also has the skill.
