I don't use Tapatalk very often but I noticed a couple days ago if I use it to get to offcamber it gives this message:

Notice

Tapatalk API is expired. If you're the admin of this community please update Tapatalk API to the latest version. Thank You

After clicking OK it seems to work fine.

Edit: This is on an iPhone.

I got the same message. I just figured that the update would go on the new version of the site.

Thanks for the heads up. I expect to move the forum soon so I'll install the updated version on the new site.

So I changed my mind. The old version was causing odd behavior on some of the status pages so I went ahead and uploaded the new version here.

Let's see how it works. The old version didn't handle posting replies particularly well.

It works but it is still strange. You hit send and the post gets sent but the editor window stays open with your post in it. Just looking at it you wouldn't know that you had actually sent the post. Then you have to cancel it and discard the draft to clear what you just posted. That's a pretty fundamental bug.

Okay this is strange. The posts are not counting in the thread counts. If you look at this thread it says that there are six posts with NRC's as the last one. But if you open the thread you will see posts #7 & #8 that I made using Tapatalk. This will be #10.

Okay back to using Firefox... The Tapatalk posts aren't getting handled correctly and might be screwing up the database in the process.:saywhat:

I don't think this is Tapatalk related. The thread count just wasn't updated. I ran a maintenance job to update them and they appear okay now.

Once more for good measure.

Why doesn't that say Droid Razr M? Weird. Why not just paste your serial number in here while they're at it? :)

You ask a good question. I'm guessing that's Motorola's doing since all my other devices with Tapatalk have had the common device name in there.

Ok, I take that back.

Tapatalk seems a little better behaved now. Still had to set my sig manually though. :)
