I got lucky and scored a couple six packs of St. Arnold's Devine Reserve 12.

It is an old style ale that still needs to be aged 1 - 5 years in the bottle.

Reading beer advocate they suggest in a beer cellar at 55 to 60 degrees. Well that's not possible.

Has anyone aged beer at a temp of 75 degrees or slightly lower?

Back when I was homebrewing, I always tried to age a few bottles of each batch just for comparison. I used a cheap 6-bottle wine cooler kinda like this one (http://www.amazon.com/Haier-ZHVTM06PBB-6-Bottle-Wine-Cellar/dp/B005XA313U) and it seemed to work OK. I think the lack of refinement was due much more to the idiot who brewed the stuff than the performance of the cooler.

That ale sounds tasty. I don't think they distribute here, but I'll have to ask the beer store about it.

Limited edition, I doubt it gets shipped very far from Houston. I've had the last couple of batches but didn't get any of this one. Very powerful stuff.

Wheel-Nut, you might try contacting the folks at Saint Arnold.

That looks cool. I'll have to check into it.

I've thought about a mini fridge too.

I can tell you that with wine higher temps means it ages more quickly. I would imagine beer would be the same. And it also ages less gracefully. You should find somewhere to store it properly.
