Probation for Hole the Younger

I read Autosport and stumbled across this. Although I do not GAF, it appears he got a stiff penalty for taking out Whiney, water bottle sucking, Pecker the Third.

Stiff, I would call that weak... probation..

He should have some penalty that impacts him, like losing grid positions at the very least. Probation means that he basically gets nothing and if he does it again, he will get the same penalty that he should have had this time.
