"Active"?

Just checked out the results on CART.com and noticed that it shows "Active" instead of "Running" for the finishing status.

Any idea why? This is the first time I've seen that used. Ford?

I've seen cars on the side of the track with an engine fire that looked pretty active.

They probably just copied the last status from timing. During the race, a car that is on track has its status listed as "Active."
