Happy Thanksgiving to all.

I love Pumpkin pie but Grrl isn't a big fan of custard pies. As a substitute she did a spin on this recipe.

Pumpkin Mousse with Crunchy Gingersnaps and Maple Creme Fraiche (http://www.oprah.com/food/Pumpkin-Mousse-with-Crunchy-Gingersnaps-and-Maple-Creme-Fraiche)

Since she's also not a fan of creme fraiche she whipped some creme with a little maple syrup instead. Very tasty.

Boss, I'm much too full to read that recipe but the concept sounds good. We had a lovely day, mentioning you all more than once, and sharing it with a friend passing through on her way back to Australia.
