Toggle switch in place of throttle. Or no throttle w/ a 10,000 rpm idle speed.

I'm pretty sure they went to shifter paddles right around the 'merge' when they also introduced Push2pass (2008). I assume they are moving the clutch to a steering wheel button. (?)
