Free Practice 1 & 3 live on Speed.com

For every race this season Speed is going to be streaming the free practice feeds. They did it a couple times last year but they are doing every race this year.

Is there much value from watching the practices, Both online and even P2 on SPEED? I usually only watch qualifying and the race.

P3 would be interesting. I'm not sure how much can be gained from P1 especially if test drivers are running.
