Game Time Eats?

My wife is trying a white chili recipe from Giada. I put an order in for my favorite wings from Beefs.

It's 12, so I gotta figure out something right quick... I think chili would be easy enough and wont take more than 3 hr. Or salsa, or guac, or guac + pico in queso.

Headed to the neighbors where we will have three kinds of chili (I made the traditional mess w/meat, beans, peppers, maters, etc.), nachos, salsa and guac. Bread bowls from Panera as well. I'm also bringing some Shiner Bock and theie spring brew (wishful thinking).

Pack 27-24. I'll be wiping my @ss with a Turrible Towel I confiscated from a Stealer fan after last year's victory in Cincy. :D

[Opposite Lock]

Smoked a 7 pound pork butt overnight, pulling the wings out of the oil now and about to toss them in a kicked up Anchor Bar buffalo sauce, and made a big batch of Italian Wedding Soup yesterday (with quinoa instead of pasta, and collards instead of spinach). Gonna be enough leftovers for most of the week.
