Whoa...was that Tony DeLorenzo or Jerry Thompson (?) there in the Owens Corning Fiberglass racing Team #8 Corvette!? Saw those guys at Blackhawk in '68. Fun Times.:)

The 712 must not have made it around the track while I was paying attention because I don't remember that car's look. I do remember the 612 with Mario trying to haul an obviously overweight and underpowered lump around...

It was the big McLaren looking thing leading the race with the V12 sound.
