UPS Logistics Ad

Anyone out there know, what is that little UPS delivery vehicle on the waterfront (river? canal?) in some European city, I think? Is it electric, or what? I want one. May need it to run down to "The Club", the golf course, pool, pub & grill etc. Don't want a golf cart and it doesn't make much sense to fire up the Speed 3 in a little old people's gated community. Heck, maybe I can get the paper route there!:D
