Anyone ever used one of these (http://housewares.about.com/od/cookwarereviews/fr/charbroilthebigeasy.htm)? Looks interesting. I like the idea of no oil.

Seems more like a dry roast than fry - and I thought the hot oil was the best part of the fry method?

^ A 2"x4" with a notch in it has worked just fine for me for the last 15 years.

Nothing exceeds like excess. :gomer:
