Some proposals for 2013 include:
* 1.6L four-banger turbos
* ground effects
* fuel flow rate limits
* KERS and other energy recovery systems

No word if Dallara & Honda will get exclusive contracts, but Randy should sue for pipe dream copyright infringement. :gomer:

Randy is years late to the party. We had endless discussions about this configuration back on 7G. Somewhere out there Kellner has lumber...:D

Can't think of any better way to contain costs than by making everybody start over with a blank sheet of paper combined with a total ban on testing:saywhat:

How many cars do you figure finish the first race, two or three...

Mix that in with that ****wit Ecclestone wanting Spa to be an every other year race and they are really trying to kill it aren't they.

Mix that in with that ****wit Ecclestone wanting Spa to be an every other year race and they are really trying to kill it aren't they. Sure seems that way. The fuel limits and limp dick motors are nothing but pandering to The Green Movement. And why the severe limitation on the number of motors per season? Compared to the entire budget, how much can a few more motors cost? The gound effects are added back to increase cornering speed and make up for lost straight line speed which will hurt overtaking, the holy grail of F1 rule changes the last few seasons. :confused: The small turbos are cool, but the last time they made 1000 hp :thumbup:

Make them all turbo bio-diesel/electric hybrids and be done with it.

I'm ok with that if they are 1200 hp, spin the tires at 150 mph and leave black plumes of smoke when accelerating :D

yeah, but they'll have constant velocity transmissions, ABS brakes, fully automatic suspensions and require less talent than an IRL car to drive...
