Does Honda own a chunk of Dallara?

An old NASCAR geezer I know was rambling on about all the things he hates about Indy now - furriners, rear engine cars, all the same car and engine, etc. He made a comment that Honda owns a big piece of Dallara. I have to admit I've not heard that before. Any truth to his comment?
