Miller in his mailbag at SpeedTV (http://auto-racing.speedtv.com/article/indycar-millers-mailbag-127//P2/) :

NHL may only have Mutoh because I'm hearing Lloyd's deal has gone south and there's some friction between Mike Lanigan and Bernie* Haas.

That definitely leaves Rahal cooling his heels. At least it might get him to look for a ride in a series that might polish his talents instead of wasting them.

* is Miller referring to Haas' wife Bernadette, or what?

Graham should head to GP2 if there is a decent seat left and drives his dad's Indy one-off to keep his name up in North America.

Graham needs to forget N. America if he still can eek out a career save.
GP2 takes a lot of money.
I would guess Bobby's BMW team is where he will end up.
Bill Auberlen, Joey Hand, Tommy Milner or Dirk Müller taking the shaft?

Won't be Dirk, he's a BMW factory driver.

GP2 and Indy if funding is there... unlikely

Otherwise I think you are right.
