Are you guys crazy? DON'T BUY THIS! It is far too small for any model train setup, even N-scale.

I bought a small card table at Goodwill, cut it in half and put hooks on it, and now I can run the Choochoo express from the steering wheel, to the passenger seat, and back. The best thing is, there is still room for all of my 6 month-old triplets to sit up front with mommy!

Here's a real nice 3 watt tube powered CD and i-pod player for only $700.00. It will actually play louder than normal conversation levels if you manage to locate a pair of massive horn speakers with >95% efficiency...:gomer: All the convenience of digital music with tubes that require periodic replacement and biasing adjustment. :laugh:

Yes, a flight of logic that doesn't quite off the ground. :laugh: I guess the theory is that the euphonic burnish of 2%-3% even order distortion from the triode tubes will compensate for the low sampling rate of the CD and lossy compression of the MP3 so that you end up with.... a $700 door stop? :gomer:
