If I had an In-n-Out Burger anywhere near me it would go right to the top of the list, day or night. It's almost enough to justify moving to California. But not quite.

I'd love to have a Sonic around here.

California, for me = Tommy Burgers
New York, White Castle...that`s about it.

I have a Sonic a few blocks from me but never ate there. Which sums up that I don`t care much for my local fast food cuisine.

Funny chart, in particular; Are You Drunk? > On Malt Liquor? It's those fine distinctions that matter after all. :D

Flashed me all the way back to Biff's diner next to a car wash on Woodward Avenue north of Detroit. Pretty sleepy during the day but around 2am it was packed and the crowd was, um... interesting. The food was damn good, or it seemed like it anyway...:gomer:

Best burger in the world: Healdsburger of Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California.

Try the Hawaiian. Yum.

Kenny & Zuke's Sandwichworks if you gotta have a burger, otherwise the regular Kenny & Zuke's on Stark.

Holy crap, they're good. Have a Reuben with homemade smoked pastrami and fries they could charge a buck a pop for, wash it down with a Dublin Dr. Pepper.

Is that a BIG KAHUNA burger? Mind if I have some of that tasty beverage to wash that down?

Chili on everything, lived on it for while in LA, but I`d not recommend it. :D

Agreed, good beyond description. The kosherama comfort food is brilliant, the homemade pastrami is world class. Our company headquarters is only 5 blks away from their location on Thurman across from Food Front Coop.

Between Kenny & Zuke's, Podnah's, Fire on the Mountain, Voodoo Donuts, Alma, Sauce Box, Barista, and Albina Press, it's sure a damn good thing I don't live in PDX, or I'd end up like Mr. Creosote.

Word. BTW, as far as I know Podnah's was the first I've heard of to serve slabs of smoked lambs ribs.

Fatburger's alright. But not true fast food. And fried eggs are over done these days anyway.

Someone's good at finding excuses to drive up I5 every week or so. If lived twenty miles further north, I'd be fat(ter) and broke.
