I must say I usually see the 30 second version.

So is the car any good?

if you go to porsche's youtube page, there are a couple of pretty cool "behind the scenes" videos also.

very cool commercial. probably not so much with the car.

Who cares? There's a Gulf 917 and a Holbert 962 in the ad.;)

Actually, I thought the car looked like a four door Scaglietti at first glance.

Saw the thread - then I saw this on the the road this afternoon. It was just outside the Holbert Porsche dealer. It was actually better looking than I expected, but not a head turner.

Christ, from that angle it looks like a Ford Taurus got knocked up by a PT Cruiser...:yuck:

That's up there with the Ferrari 412 in the :yuck::yuck::yuck: category, IMO.

That ad should be titled "One of These Things is Not Like the Others..."

Looking to capitalize on all the pent up demand for a stretched Chrysler Crossfire, Porsche introduces the Panamera...:gomer:

Only $90,000 (stripped) for the base version and $140,00 (stripped) for the dual turbo. For that money you can get a BMW M5 and Benz E63 AMG that will seriously outperform it or a Maserati Qattroporte that doesn't look like a hunched ape.

I don't mean to beat up on Porsche but I keep hoping that the company that brought us the 917 and 962 will come up with something with real magic.
