A test flight next Tuesday will demonstrate that the first stage works. The upper stages are apparently made of cardboard & duct tape. :p

Hope it all goes well. :thumbup:

I think this was not only designed in Cleveland but maybe even made here. I know they have an engine test sled over near Cedar Point Amusement Park where they have been running test.

Looks like a successful launch and the Cleveland upper stage managed to hit the ocean on the first attempt. :gomer:

Now if they would have put the Cleveland Browns in charge of it they would have managed to miss the ocean and instead put it on Mars or blow up the Sun or something.

Neato. Liked how one of the three main chutes failed and was surprised to see the booster smoke the whole way down.

BBCAmerica had a show on last night about the Apollo program. James May from 'Top Gear' was the presenter. "James May on the Moon".


He interviewed some astronauts and got a ride in a U2. Good show if you wanna catch a rerun. ON NOW and again Nov.23 at 1am.
