Swiss motorsport publication Speedweek reveals that Robert Kubica does not want to drive alongside German Nick Heidfeld at Renault F1 Team.

Heidfeld will most probably be named third driver at Mercedes Grand Prix next week, working with Nico Rosberg and Michael Schumacher.

The magazine says Kubica was heard saying to Toro Rosso’s Sebastien Buemi over the phone that 1997 F1 World Champion Jacques Villeneuve would be his teammate at Renault in 2010.

Did you see JV this evening in the opening ceremonies for the Olympics. He sure looked a hell of a lot better than his usual scruffy appearance.

Someone did a super job in selecting such a great cross section to bring in the Olympic Flag.

Yea I did a double take when I saw that !!!! We were on stage and it was on a big screen at the club. Unfortunately they left the screen on for the news and had to watch that poor luger again....it was shut down shortly afterwards.
