Sir Richard Branson has signed a deal to re-name the new Formula One team Manor Grand Prix after his Virgin brand in 2010, Britain's BBC reports.

Like Branson, YouTube co-founder American Chad Hurley was also at Silverstone, reportedly putting the finishing touches on a deal with the new US F1 team.

According to some reports, Santander will be the major sponsor of Ferrari starting in 2010 with Alonso as being one of the drivers. The fact that Ferrari are holding their end of the season celebration and Ferrari Challenge World Finals in Valencia this year instead of Italy like previous years kind of confirms this rumor. Last year at the World Finals in Mugello the rumor was that it would be held at Abu Dhabi or Dubai. But, when Ferrari made the annoucement last week that Valencia was the venue, it through everyone off guard. For the last three years it has been held at Mugello (a track owned by Ferrari), the previous year was Monza.
