iTunes issue

Can anybody help? I know it's rubbish Apple software...but before I updated to the latest version of iTunes when I opened the music folder of my iPod I had three listing across the top-genre, artist and album. And I could click on any item of the list to only open that part of it up on my display. And now this is gone! Anybody know how to get it back?

And my stupid f***ing iPod won't allow me to upload music podcasts now? I had them synced but turned it off because it was a PITA but now it won't let me manually load them. Again any clues?

Ahhh...sorted the first bit. Its in the view menu and called browser. But still not the second one
