They'll have to make sure that it has a rear wing that looks like it came off of a Celica, of course.

Let's see. They want to reduce costs, so they introduce a curbed cost formula.

If the curbed cost (but more design freedom) cars start whupping the unlimited cost cars, then we need to slow the curbed cost cars down, rather than having the unlimited cost teams decide to compete under the limited cost rules, reducing costs. :gomer:
