Some Porsche R&D board member guy says in Autoweek that Porsche isn't interested in the ICS "any time soon", says their participation in ALMS is more suited to their customers needs (though they just withdrew?) says they might be back there in '11 in LMP1, will support Penske in the Rolex AND, get THIS spec engine fans...it sure sounds to me like Porsche (if he is indeed speaking for the company) would like to see ONE base engine, say a 4 cyl. 2+ litre turbo for ALL the major race series! "It would be a big chance for Porsche." A "world engine?" :shakehead What say you?
