I'm sitting here in the media center at Indy and they are showing a replay of the 2002 race. With two laps to go, the video shows PT getting a helacious run on Helio coming out of two and heading down the backstraight. About halfway down the straight, the shot switches to Redon and Lazier hitting the wall in turn two. The shot lasts probably three seconds. They switch back to PT and Helio and they STILL haven't got to turn three. They sweep into three and Paul goes underneath Helio.

What a crock of horse-$*%&!

Dig out a video of the original broadcast. It looks nothing like the "revised" version. On the actual telecast, PT and Helio are already entering the turn when the camera switched to Redon and Lazier.

Sheesh. That's some big-time revisionist history.:shakehead

Hey rab, just wondering if you were the only one who recognized that the video was 'fixed.'

Be sure and call them on it in your raceday notes.

It's not even surprising. It's just sad.
