Where's the abstract?

just skim the document theres your abstract

the readers digest version of the cotract is that PT was paid a boat load of money to show up only had to do 4 preseason sponsor appearences and 16 in season sponsor appearences. he had to keep his weight down, the team was obliged only to provide him with lola race cars, there were bonuses for poles, wins and championship standing, one of the contract extentions had a provision for a 250,000 dollar jet card, there were provisions set out for termination of the contract etc.

Isn't the amount "demanded" kinda small? I would think the legal fees would cost about that much.

Read the linked filings. It is in excess of $75K.

Oh...

$2,250,000 (base)
$1,000,000 (termination fee)
= $3.25M

Hey if PT wins he could buy a Vision ride in the Indy500. :tony:

He wanted to drive in the IRL (and did for a race) but now wants Forsythe to pay him? Forsythe will likely countersue for breach of contract.
