cell phone lookups

I am preddy sure its Abbey Clancy calling me, but I wanna be positive before i blow my marriage over this deal. Anybody know where i can reverse lookup a cell number without paying "19.95" etc etc.?

I have noka king clue. I got a hit googling the number, but took me to site that said pay 20 dollah and they will tell you who it is, etc.

On a serious note, those places will tell you that the number is a fax machine to some store. (Tried it before)

Later I found that the number was actually dialed by someone who recently bought a cell phone and dialed my phone by mistake.

But making the same mistake twice makes you wonder.
