The main entry road to Force India's Silverstone factory has been blocked off under the instruction of former F1 team owner Eddie Jordan.

The Irishman, the former owner of the Jordan team which now operates as Force India, kept ownership of some of the surrounding land that Force India operates on when he sold the team in 2006.

Concrete blocks were placed across the main access while Force India were in Sepang for the Malaysian Grand Prix and employees were forced to find an alternative entrance to their workplace.

Nice to see that Eddie Irvine's not the only Jordan responsible for blatant blocking. <rimshot>

nice to see Force India go well with Fisi. Pity Eddie pocketede the £25m Honda check for himself instead of making the cars go faster. what a cocque byte.

Eddie must be GF level crazy. ;) His team was sold to Midland to Spyker to Force India and now he decides to block the road?

This is no longer/never was an issue. However I can't find the article that I read that said so. EJ owns the land around the team HQ. There are two roads that lead to the HQ, one is private on land owned by EJ and that's the one EJ blocked access to as he is developing the land and construction is beginning. The public road never was blocked and team employees had full access to the building.
