Tommy boy's 'psychology' rant in that interview with Barbara Walters (or one of her clones) a few years back confirmed for me that he is certifiable. It wasn't that what he was saying was wrong, but how he was saying it.

the Scientology thing is a bit touchy because they call themselves a religion and of course freedom of religion is one an American right and I believe religion and politics are taboo here. It's why we all get along. :)

Man, I hope if I'm in a car crash, there's a Scientologist driving by!

That was my favourite part too.

I'd love to see him elbowing away the paramedics so he can get in there and help.

It is really unfortunate that he's so off center. I used to enjoy watching the MI movies and now I can barely look at him because I keep thinking what a jerk he is. Again, it's not what he believes so much as how he acts. Even John Travolta, another Scientologist, tries to distance himself from this type of shenanigans.

Ok, I broke down and watched the video. Typical Hollywood movie star; they start off talking about the subject at hand and within a minute it's all about them.
Scientology promotes the ego (and aliens).

Actors, musicians, athletes, race car drivers, etc. should be seen and not heard. There have been exceptions to that rule and I can remember both of them...:D

All I can think of is that line from Jerry MacGuire: Help me help You.

Cruise (if I *could* get anything out of his rantings) is an IDIOT!!

We've ALL helped others at times....

Figurative request: So... Tom.... "How about helping those that do help and get Slashed for it?"

Send Money!!!!!!!!!!!
