Least Dangerously Drunk

9. Richmond, VA B+

So much for this study's credibility. I suppose next they'll tell us we aren't a leader in Nautical Star tattoos or bad punk bands per capita.

The hell? I would think the fact that we have a 4 am last call, are a stone's throw away from the border where the young'ins can drink at 19 and our sports teams' misfortunes would put us higher on the drunk list.

Meh, they left Provo Utah off of the list. Probably because it would have blown the curve with an A++++++++++++++++++

Consider that #6 Salt Lake City looks like Sodom & Gomorrah in comparison.

With some obvious exceptions the worst of the list seem to be Red state cities and the best not so much.

Not to get political, but I wonder what to make of that.

My source says it's entirely possible that one person is largely responsible for that high ranking.

Native Americans, I am serious, they are still in touch with the spirits. For awhile it was so bad you had to step over and around people passed out on the sidewalk.
