Haha, they redacted by highlighting text black. It's funny how many times this happens.

You would be amazed how often it happens with court records.
It is a huge problem with electronic court filings.

I work in regulation, and in our office, the fact that trade secret data gets out is no surprise considering some of the staff in charge of submitting documents.

Nigel TOZZI
Let us look at Paragraph 20 of your Witness Statement. You say that, on 22 March, Mr Coughlan
told you that he believed the Ferrari system to be based on a “double-rear master cylinder with a
spring”, which initially delayed rear braking, then increased it gradually. You gave evidence
saying that you did not understand what he was talking about.

Pedro DE LA ROSA
Yes, I am a driver. I am not an engineer. When he started talking about the double-rear master
cylinder with a spring, that was too much to me.

And what, Pedro, you couldn't grasp the concept. :saywhat:

Who hired this idiot and why? No wonder they had to steal Ferrari technology.

If I don't know what that is either, does that mean I'll never be an F1 pilot?:(

Yes. :)

Pedro del la Rosa is being paid to test and develop race cars. If he can not understand the systems being tested and how they work, then how can he provide feedback to the people building them.
