This was one instance were Wreckter was the innocent victim. Weldons crap went around and up the track collecting Wreckter.

Hah! hah!

American racing on horse ovals.

At least the English were smart enough to stage a race on the paved parts at Aintree.;) ;)

BTW, Danica should know that a butt wiggle looks good on TV but not on the track.

What's up with that? Is there anything to that? I didn't think the handling issues at Iowa were anything more than cold hard tire related. OTOH I thought Texas had shown everyone that progressive banking doesn't work.

Does anybody remember the split level banking at TMS before the "improvements"?

Marco "AJ takes my checko" Greco almost got upside down spinning across the gradient change way back when. Greco was the Brazilian with a check who replaced Billy Boat. Funny to remember that Foyt was the first to crack on the all american/all oval fantasy.

I remember it. The cup boys didn't like it one bit hence "the improvements."

I thought homestead went to progressive banking at their last re-do....

TMS in its original configuration was 13 degrees at the bottom and 24 degrees up high. Indy cars were to run on the flat part and stock cars would run on the high banking.

Princess has to work on her race craft. No way sticking it in the middle was gonna work. And no, everyone won't move over for her cause she's a girl. It's always someone elses fault.
