Will A. J. Foyt succeed in destroying the last vestiges of Darren Manning's career? Will Larry Foyt -- allegedly being give more responsibility in running Foyt Racing -- hire an engineer or just inherit A. J.'s lead hammer, busted laptop, and antiquated notions of a good set-up?

Among the honorary "Foyts" Special Ed Carpenter and A. J. Foyt IV return with Vision Racing, while Marty Roth sneaks past Homeland Insecurity with his Dallara-Honda GLCM looking to take home the money for DFL.

Stay tuned for the Foyt Futility as it develops!

I wouldn't be surprised to see this happen more often. Fisher's most recent experience has been in cars she's actually had to drive. Those point and shoot earl sleds should be a cake walk.

Let's start spinning up the Danica excuses. The only rule is, that it can't in any way be her lack of talent.

Sarah's weight gives her more downforce?...an advantage to any gIRL driver who sucks.

I was surfing ESPN last night and loaded up that racecast. Did anyone else? I thought it was pretty neat with the data you could get/see. It could use some improvdements like information about past events (cautions, why a driver is out) but overall, it was a cool thing ESPN made/provided, being for the IRL not withstanding.

Foyt Racing sucks as usual. Manning's fastest lap was a few MPH south of a competitive car. Nothing new here. Take IV away from Sammich and he still doesn't cut it.

Maybe we should start an IRL Chick Fight thread? :yuck:

From what I could see, few of those cars handled well enough in traffic for there to be any racing. If you wanted to shake someone off your tail just move in front of them as you entered a turn and they'd back right out of the throttle as their car washed out into the grey.

Not your typical irl, egg citing, side-by-side, pack racing, speed extravaganza.
