Dentist Dr. Larry Rosenthal of New York.

His claims to fame:

sued at least five times for malpractice.
has had his professional license suspended after he admitted to illegally purchasing and distributing hundreds of grams of cocaine and many other illegal drugs
has been sued by a competitor for stealing client records
has been sued by his own associate dentist
a receptionist claims under oath that Dr. Rosenthal sexually harassed her and other co-workers
has now admitted that providing a list of patients who traded sex for free dental work would violate doctor-patient confidentiality
has 2 separate websites dedicated to ensuring word gets out about his questionable motives and practices

And now the new one: Rosenthal has filed a $7 million lawsuit against the estate of Yankee's pitcher Cory Lidle's widow, because Lidle fatally crashed his plane into Dr. Rosenthal's building last October, 13 stories below his apartment. Minutes ago, BadDentist.com obtained a copy of the lawsuit filed by Dr. Rosenthal and his lawyer, David Jaroslawicz. The $7 million sought by Rosenthal is broken down into two causes of action. Only $5 million was sought for the loss of Dr. Rosenthal's real estate. $2 million was sought as part of a second claim, seeking compensation for "mental anguish and emotional distress."

You read that correctly. Dr. Rosenthal is suing a widow--while she is grieving--because her husband's grusome, fiery death also caused Dr. Rosenthal to suffer "mental anguish and emotional distress." And according to Dr. Rosenthal's lawyer, the Rosenthals WEREN'T EVEN HOME when it happened!
