Yes it is, but we're really defining down the meaning of "good news" if an announcement stating a current team WON'T fold is reason for Hallelujah.

Considering that in the 10th hour the news was not so good. A current team NOT folding, yes, good news.

Good news, but I think many people expected to be celebrating a solid 20 car grid by now rather than the struggle for survival we've come to expect.

So I guess Forsythe and Conquest drop a car and PCM brings 2 cars. Stoddart appears to have basically bought a share of CTE-HVM and renamed it. No new cars there. I hope the DP01 at least makes the on track product better.
