Don't know the latest but Kurt Busch in the Penske CoT Avenger was about 7.5 mph faster than 2nd quick Jeff Gordon at Daytona testing. Sure, no restrictor and that big wing but still an eye opener. Vickers fell to 48th in the Toyota. They may be going for a bunch of "top 40s" in their first season. (or NASCAB has overcompensated after seeing the ARCA speeds.)
