Cold, on white bread, with mayo.

Second only to the venerable BLT!

Discuss.

Cold with mustard on rye.

I like the left over dark pieces to dip in mayo.

with mayo, with lots of fresh cracked pepper blend, and a slice of lettuce, just so i feel i'm eating balanced. ;)

And if there is any stuffing left, that goes in too.

Sammiches are great, but when you're sammiched out, dark meat chunks stir-fried in veg oil, garlic, fresh ginger & capsaicin-heavy pepper sauce with onions, peppers, cabbage, carrots, rice, peas and an egg =

Hot Browns (http://www.brownhotel.com/hotbrown.php3) -- the only way to eat leftover turkey

our recipe uses cheddar and white wine for the cheese sauce, and county ham instead of bacon (but bacon is good too).

add Red Hot sauce, and mmmmmmmmmmmm.

the best

There's no leftover turkey at my house, as usual.

But shredded goose meat, leftover red cabbage, and horseradish mustard on good rye works for me.

The schnauzer likes it, too. :)

Mamma's getting here cornbeef and cabbage ready for tomorrow, I'ms gettin hun gry, tween that and this and other food threads.

Come 0001 I start a diet of sorts to save my life from the fat police in America. The only investment I haven't lost my *** on , now I have to lose it too. Oh well, I'll be here, God willing, for the kids as they get married and have kids. Not a resolution a matter of health.

Durkee's?
Bleh.
Forget the mayo too.

Much better with some warmed chevre and Mick's Beyond Buzztail habanero jelly.

My wife prefers their cranberry pepper jelly, and the hot ginger is pretty good too.
