Now you just know that Mikey put him in IPS so he wouldn't get smoked again by other Star Mazda kids with more talent than name....

ps I posted this in "other" because Marco doesn't belong in the Formula 1 forum.

What are you nuts or what? 2 seconds off the pace after only 67 laps the first time in an F1 car and the first time at Jerez and you say he sucks? :shakehead

two questions:
1. did mikey go with marco, and
2. did he swing by the mclaren garage and say, "what's up, vanilla face"?

Yes, Michael was there. It was a Honda show, afterall. Too bad the anti-Andretti crowd is so outspoken because I believe Marco CAN earn his way to F-1. Comparing him to Bourdais for example, that would give him 7 years to make good? I'd say he's ahead of schedule. Too bad Mario wasn't in charge of the grand plan, as Atlantic and CC races would certainly have helped Marco become better prepared. The European crowd was suitably impressed I think and that is probably as important as his name recognition. Rahal's name isn't even on their radar although he may be recognized by most here as being faster. If neither one of them makes it in F-1 but both end up duking it out for a number of seasons here in CC I'd be even more pleased.:)
