I'm really hoping that 10 years from now, when we talk about this year, we'll talk about "aught six." I have a sinking feeling we'll talk about 2k6.

I always assume this decade was called 'today.'

doesn't every radio station call their music from:
'The 70's, 80's, 90's and Today!'

the sad part, is i'm half joking. I can't wait for the roaring 20's however!

I remember my father in law talking about "aught six" etc. Because he lived then. It always sounded so quaint. And here we are again in the aughts.
