Looking to buy two identical speaker docks for my kids' iPods. Never even heard any of them in person, much less know which ones to buy. I'd like it to A. accept g4 and above, mini, and nano; and I'd like it to charge while docked.

Any experience here?

this looks nice (http://playlistmag.com/products/complete/260-detail.php)

for a non-portable system, I bought my wife this :

Tivoli Model 2 (http://www.crutchfield.com/S-ZKGlhd31ZU6/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?I=582MODEL2C&wm=su) ...aux-in for the iPod, and it has an EXCELLENT FM tuner as well

You have to plug the iPod in separately, so it's not a slick solution, but the sound quality is excellent

check out the coat that matches....http://www.inanoblog.fr/inano/Burton_Audex_Jacket_2.jpg

you slip your ipod dealy into the sleeve, you have the controls on your sleeve, and you have speakers in your hood (should be able to see those in this Foto). Its also bluetooth enabled, so you can dial up your phone,m etc. I'd really like to check one out, cause when you ski, you have to disengage the ipod dealy if you head up the lift with anyone and try to have a conversation, etc. THIS way, you just share* your tuneage with the rest of the crew on the Gondoobie, chair, whatever.

I'll write a review should i feel the need to go get one.:gomer:
