I don't know any good attorney's for situations like this, but I am curious as to what a CDL is? Careless driving? ? ? ? ?

CDL is "Commercial Driver's License".

I remembered that Mrs. Spikkly was a judge, but didn't know if the man himself was one.

If you don't get a direct recommendation, look up the bar association for Mason, Ohio or the nearest larger city. Most metropolitan bar associations have a referral service of some type. Good luck.

There are good attorneys, they are just on my side.

Its funny, my company has been talking about taking our legal counsel in-house, and all the litigation specialists in my office are against it because of all the perks we'd lose.

Why's that so funny. Perks is perks. Its fun to get free **** from lawyers. Plus - in house = no more fun. :p

Its funny because that is the only reasoning I've heard so far. Well, besides the obvious, which is that our current firm never loses.

I can give you the name of one in Jackson that sucks. That'd help narrow it down, anyway.

Call up the city attorney and offer to plead guilty to a non-points offense like "interference with sign or signal" or some such crap. They will bill you for more than the speeding ticket and you don't get points. I've seen it work many times. They want cash.

They might not have points in Ohio, because I know Iowa and Minnesota don't have a point system.

Thanks for the input. I did an end around, no funny jokes, got hold of the prosecutor and YEP! It's all about the dinero.

He's in on Tues. and Thurs. as it is a small municipal court and I pleaded guilty to failure to obey traffic devise $130.00, no points no report to Indiana. Super nice guy and he's also gonna get a dinner on me at Embers Restaurant.

Call me a suckazz, dumbazz, whatever, I had to do something to keep the license clean. Couple hundy in the end but still a clean driving record.

Wife says no more tickets or I'll be sleeping outside,,, and it's getting cold.

Just don't get a black car seat. 20 pound kids don't do well in blast furnace hot car seats.
