Make sure you go to one of the many huge American Buffet restaurants where all the staff is American or Canadian and speaks to their patrons in broken Chinese. Then they stand around and talk to each other in English, making the native diners paranoid that they're talking about them, while the host sits in the booth right by the door playing his Gameboy on full volume until another customer walks in.
