Shhhhhh. It's Porsche's new testbed for their ALMS GT2S entry. Scheduled to hit the track about the same time the Team Lexus cars do. :gomer:

That thing is ugly.

I would take the Maserati Sedan over that.

I don't think Nascar will let pros like Porsche show up to Nascar. Besides, I doubt Porsche will allow something called wedge on one of their cars. :shakehead

Dr porshe is ahead of the game.

the 4-door model is to keep the customers when they settle down & have a family.

SUVs are no longer politically correct, I'm sure it will be a hybrid sedan with a full set of forward and reverse facing child seat anchors:rolleyes:

You guys are way late on this one. Those of us "in the know" heard about this weeks ago. See page 81 of the September '06 Excellence.

Of course, they wanted to go truck racing first, but the P150 was never produced.

Don't forget that Dallara made the Audi R8 (maybe the R10 too?), the last Caddy LMP, Chrysler LMP and GP2. I wouldn't hang an albatross like this on their neck, IRL car or not.

Solex carbs! I loved messing around with those things on my dad's (and then my) 90 Super and 100 LS. The old Audi "slurp". Holley Weber had straight bolt on replacements that solved all that, but your Porshce/Audi dealer never mentioned that to you...
