Just found this on espn.com:
MANSFIELD, Ohio -- A sprint car driver died Friday night after crashing during a race at Mansfield Motorsports Speedway
. Speedway President Chris Mize said driver Joe Rebman hit a wall near the fourth turn of the half-mile track and was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
Rebman drove for the Rebman Motorsports team sponsored by his father, Bruce Rebman.
The 21-year-old is the second driver from the Rebman Motorsports team to be involved in a fatal crash at the track. Just over a year ago 70-year-old Don Townsend died of head injuries he sustained in an accident there. Race and medical officials said Townsend refused to install head and neck stabilizers in his car.
Mize declined to comment further on the accident until the coroner's office completed an investigation.
